The location of this hotel is perfect, as it is right in the historic city center. You can easily walk to all the attractions and everything you want to see in downtown Florence. The rooms are clean and spacious, with modern bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing a small but sufficient continental breakfast in the mornings. The heating works well, ensuring a comfortable stay during cold evenings.
The entrance to the hotel can be a bit confusing, and the stairs to the hotel floor are exhausting.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the center of Florence and I had a wonderful experience. the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, going out of their way to ensure that we had everything we needed during our stay. Secondly, the rooms were very comfortable, with a soft and cosy bed that provided a great night's sleep. Lastly, the location was unbeatable, allowing us to easily explore all the attractions that Florence has to offer. And the cherry on top was the delicious breakfast served every morning.
All was perfect during my stay at this hotel.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, right next to the city centre and close to attractions in downtown Florence. It is in the historic city centre, making it easy to explore all the main sights. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided is a good spread of traditional Italian fare.

We had a fantastic romantic escape in this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more special. The location was perfect, with everything we wanted to see just a short walk away. We loved being able to wake up early and stroll around the beautiful streets before the crowds arrived. Plus, the spacious room and modern bathroom provided us with a comfortable and luxurious stay.
There were a few things that could have been improved to make our experience even better. The beds were not the most comfortable, with thin mattresses on iron frames.
